Sheriff's investigator testifies in Favela trial

The trial of former Sunland Park Municipal Judge Horacio Favela continued Wednesday with testimony from a sheriff's investigator about the trailer Favela contends he called home in Sunland Park.

A Dona Ana County jury will find him innocent regardless of any and all evidence to the contrary,a Hispanic man of wealth,power,and influence will NEVER be convicted.

Yup!!! This man has so much power and money, basically he's untouchable. The jury selected can say no to a little little, you know. Money and power make the world go round..........

I know Horacio Favela personally and he is not a man of wealth or power and his only influence is to the people who's love and respect he has earned. Horacio has been a productive and caring resident of Sunland Park for many many years.

Horacio is a struggling American like the rest of us. He has serviced his community of Sunland Park since he was a teenager. He comes from a humble, hard working family and has always only had the best intrest of Sunland Park.

This acusations were made by the defeated candidate. This is a case of a sore looser getting our courts to waste money for her own personal reasons.

Hispanic yes....as for the rest what gave you that idea? If he had so much wealth, power and influence he never would have been charged.

Favela will not be charged, what is the big deal anyways? So, he's doing good for the community what difference where and what address he has?

Girl pay attention he was charged.... but I agree Arrieta is who I would pick too if I was charged or as you put it, "in deep dog doo doo" I have to ask, as someone else mentioned in another blog about this case, how come Erika Relatorre wasn't charged for living in EP and running in Sunland during the same election. She even admitted it and stepped down??

It does matter who the jury is or the judge, if you got the right attorney you'll be alright. Arrieta is an expert and he's got some serious skills. This attorney is got this one in his pocket. Just watch.......
