There are two sides to every story but as always the norm for the morons following this post and thinking they got me, well you're wrong again. You see there is a way to fight a battle and there's a way to win a war. You idiots will never know the difference between the two. I do, thats why I walked away with no jail time. There's something here you don't get. In order to go to jail, you need to commit a crime. The State had nothing on me and thats why theres no jail morons. They knew it, you all know it but chose to hang me anyway with these posts. Who's laughing now? I chose to end this circus on my terms not yours. I entered a guilty plea because there is no way I would have had a fair trial. Everyone involved in this case was lying. Yes you all won the battle, but guess who wins the war jerkoffs. I said from day one I would never go to jail. So screw you all. Post whatever you want, I haven't been here for a year and it will be another year before I even think about coming back here even if I do. What a bunch of pathetic losers you all really are, get a life. Well have a nice life, I'm tired so I'm going in my hot tub to relax for awhile.:)
The prison time was reduced to 11 months suspended, and 30 days in jail. The key word here is "suspended". It can be reinstated at any time the judge feels it would serve the public good. If the above post really is from that doooshbag, then perhaps his judge should review it and decide if Sean needs to go and finish the additional time.

I feel for anyone left in the wake of a scandal who has to stand against gossip today or 30 years from today. Only the participants know what transpired and to complicate matters they each have their own point of view.

Sean thinks he won the war ?

The guy's life is in shambles, if he thinks that's good for him and his family, that's his call.

Real life losers never admit wrong doings, just like every criminal in jail now claims innocence.

Mr. Corriveau pled guilty to the felony charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Mr. Corriveau used an individual’s credit card without his authorization to charge $14,000 worth of carpeting through Carpet Creations, Inc., to outfit a health club at 142 Lowell Road, Nottingham Plaza, Hudson. Mr. Corriveau had opened a facility by the name of Elite Fitness, Inc., d/b/a Powerhouse Gym at that location. The health club was not registered with the Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau as required by statute. In spite of this, Corriveau entered into contracts and took prepaid memberships, ignoring the requests of the Consumer Protection Bureau, to cease and comply with the Health Club Registration law.
This conduct resulted in the two misdemeanor charges of Unfair or Deceptive Business Practices. Specifically, Corriveau plead guilty to one misdemeanor for failing to post the necessary surety bond under RSA 358-I: 2, III and to one misdemeanor for failing to place prepaid membership fees in an escrow account as required by RSA 358-I: 2, V.
Corriveau was sentenced to one year in the House of Corrections with all but one month suspended. He is required to pay $14,000 of restitution and to spend two years on Probation. In addition, Corriveau was sentenced to two consecutive six-month suspended sentences of incarceration on the misdemeanors and ordered not to engage in any business for the next 10 years where monies or deposits are paid prior to goods or services being provided.

Daily Horoscope for December 1

Scorpio

Last minute changes in your plans are likely as the Moon dances with unpredictable Uranus. Today can be fun and exciting if you are prepared to be flexible. If you are not in the mood for surprises, you may be quite put out by what transpires. Look at life as one grand adventure and see the humor in little miscalculations. Laughter will help save the day.
