I'm not certain, but I think this was a semi-homeless guy who hangs around the area frequently. Seemed to have a substance abuse problem, but was actually pretty nice.

Regardless if he was homeless, or not or a substance abuse, the fact is he was hit by a car and died. The thing that doesnt make sense is how short that block is. The driver even tho he didnt see him because it was dark ( understand), had to be going mighty fast to kill someone.

The Methedone Clinic is on the other side of U.S. 41. There is a well known homeless camp right off of Judd where he was hit.
The Meth Clinic doesn't open that early, so I just assumed he was staying at the homeless colony.
Again though, he was a VERY nice guy. I enjoyed talking to him.

Agreed. The guy driving didn't even have a driver's license.

So sad to hear this news. Mike was a client of ours. He had an 18 year old cat with medical issues.
If the kitty needs a home, I will be more than happy to adopt her.
I'm not sure how to go about finding out if she's okay. If anyone can help me find out, I'd appreciate it.

Hell YEAH, I agree that is a short road and I'm sorry but I go down that oad everyday ( sometimes when it is dark) and I would see someone walking!!!! He was a good friend of mine and didn't deserve that and its pretty fuc*ed up that the driver is getting into any trouble over it. "the cop said the driver wasn't at fault"
