The Freemasons are one of the worlds oldest known brotherhoods. They were formed during the times of King Solomons Temple. Today they hold true to the same traditions and practices that were taught in the times of Solomon. Some say they are evil and some say they are bent on taking over the world but those tales are far from the truth. Truth is they are a good group of people, some of them being Shriners. As you may very well know the Shriners do very good deeds for children. The reason for all of the conspiracy theories poked at the Freemasons is because of their "secret" they hold. To be quite honest this secret stares many of you in the face each day. It can be found with less that 10 minuets of work. Is it life changing? no its not but its the fact that one brother takes a vow not to reveal it. The secret is not so much as important as is the vow to keep it concealed. Trust and faith is the foundation of all things.

Its stupid sh!t to just make people wonder and talk about them. They do it just to get attention. WOW!! they have a secret... well I do too. But I sure don't need someone hitting me on the head so I can be a member of a clan or so I can vow to never tell that secret. It's pretty funny if you ask me. Their just a bunch of people who thrive for attention.

I agree with you that it isn't a clan. Your husband is a mason? I don't think so, hence the secret society.

Free masons go a life time without revealing to anyone that they are a free mason. If your husband was to reveal to you that he was a free mason, then he has breached his code of secrecy.

Husbands and wives can be married for 60 years, and the husband is a TRUE free mason, the wife will NEVER know.

The free mason are so secret that no one knows where they are, how many are in the group. The secret is so great, we aren't even for sure that they still exist in numbers today. Now, with all of the studies that have gone on, do you REALLY think that we believe you when you just tried to tell the whole world that your husband was a free mason? LOL ...

I'm not the person you was originally replying to, but don't be calling a people a dumb ass when you are making stuff up. We ALL know that if your husband was indeed a free mason, you wouldn't know about it ... EVER.

"Don't be blabbing about stuff you have know idea about"?? I totally agree .... so why are you being hypocritical?

Learn something before you speak.

I think you need to do some research yourself. My husband is a Mason and so was his father and his grandfather before that. What makes you think that their wives don't know that they are one? When we are the ones to fix a covered dish for them to take to their meetings? When they hang things with masonic symbols on our walls. They love to tell people they are one. They wear rings to let the world know. My husband wears his as a wedding ring! Do us all a favor and stop writing about something you have no idea about! Oh and by the way you can see the lodges from the highway and on any county line you can see their symbol. I DO NOT LIE ABOUT ANYONE IN MY FAMILY. And do not call me a hypocrite.

No, actually true freemasons will not reveal identities until after death. If your husband is telling you he is one, then he is lieing, sorry.
Quit calling people out just because you think you are right, when its apparent that you are wrong. Freemasons will never tell anyone that they are in the organization. I would be more concerned that your "hubby" is going to a different kind of meeting. hahaha. Do your research before acting stupid. But it does give us all a laugh ..

Sorry, but a true Freemason will never tell you that he is in fact a Freemason. Hate to burst your bubble, but you need to learn a little more before you try to lie to people about it. History alone proves that you are lieing about it. Nice try though

You're just upset because several of us proved you wrong. Good luck with our theories?... More like good luck with you false history.

I do find it funny how 2 of us replied in almost the same time telling you how fake you are. Not to mention someone else knows that you are a fake as well. We ALL know that you wouldn't even know if your husband was a true Freemason ... the only person that doesn't realize that is you. Weird huh?

Someone called you a hypocrite ... they were right, but you are also a total moron. Get a life and quit making up false history on the behalf of a well known organization, and trying to place your fake ass husband in the middle of it....

Obligations are those elements of ritual in which a candidate swears to abide by the rules of the fraternity and to keep the secrets of Freemasonry, which are the various signs, tokens and words associated with recognition in each degree,[25] as well as to perform certain duties and to avoid doing those things which are prohibited by his Obligation. In regular jurisdictions these obligations are sworn on the aforementioned Volume of the Sacred Law and in the witness of the Supreme Being and often with assurance that it is of the candidate's own free will.

Details of the obligations vary; some versions are published[25] while others are privately printed in books of coded text. Still other jurisdictions rely on oral transmission of ritual, and thus have no ritual books at all.[39] Moreover, not all printed rituals are authentic Leo Taxil's exposure, for example, is a proven hoax, while Duncan's Masonic Monitor (created, in part, by merging elements of several rituals then in use) was never adopted by any regular jurisdiction.

NOTE: the SACRED LAW ....

Please feel to educate yourself. I took that snippet from research. Kind of ironic that my theory wasn't a theory at all ... just proves that your an IDIOT.

Theories? I don't think we were the ones who was just proven WRONG!... Again, nice try with the fake Freemason husband thing.... ROFL .. You need to quit calling people stupid, when you yourself is making shit up. Before you make lies about something at least do a little research before you make shit up, otherwise you are showing all of us how big of a douch you are. Hey .. bad news for you, those "meetings" your hubby is attending isn't a Freemason meeting .. If I was you, I would consider a good divorce lawyer..... On the other hand, he has the perfect wife if he was able to make you believe that he was actually a Freemason going to meetings, hence the fact that you won't ever know if he is a TRUE Freemason ...

LOLLOLOL .. I hate stupid people.

You all are wrong, there are alot of men in this county that are masons, they wear the rings, some have tie clips, and some even have stickers on there autos! The wifes know that they are in it, even there children do!! Heck they have meetings everymonth at there lodge and anyone can see them going in. Usually the wifes are in the Eastern Star, and when a mason or his wife dies they have a service they do during the funeral. They really dont hide the fact that they are a mason.

but at the same time its not really something that they go around boasting. I mean it may get mentioned and yes people will know but they usually won't be going around telling everyone that they are in the masons. I don't know a lot of hands on info about this due to the fact I am not one and the people I know that are won't tell me. Which is fine by be. But from what I do know. They are good people. Its bases out of the love and charity that the Lord commands us to have in His word. They help so many people out I do know that for a fact. Just all around good people from what I know.

I find it ironic that you won't even read the REAL facts from that link that the guys posted above.

I'm with the others .. I believe you need to do some research yourself and stop being an idiot.... I didn't know anything about it until I read the research ... and sorry, but yeah ... your wrong. They rely on sacred laws ... you wouldn't know if your husband was in it or not.

It's apparent that theres a crap load of us that are trying to show you the facts, but it seems that only NAIVE people don't like the facts.

Oh well .....

No one ever said that they weren't good people. Other than the one dude at top ... you know where you called him a dumbass and started lieing ...

Anyways .... Freemasons are good people, SACRED people .. and just like "interesting" just said ... maybe your just too naive to realize that. We have you the research but you refuse to listen to them. There is like 5 or 6 people that are proving you wrong, but you still walk around with a narrow mind.

Maybe you can learn some thing from the Freemason history ... HONESTY ...

Hey, but good luck with the whole "My husband is a Freemason and I'm telling the whole world" thing ... hope it makes you feel better... I mean, if it helps give you that warm and fuzzy feeling inside, we will play along with your fabrications.

The free masons do follow a strict set of secrecy rules. A mason will never ask you to join. There is a set of things you have to memorize to join and other things of that sort. They actually have a book that is missing like all kinds of words that only masons know. Yes masons do share with their families and friends that they are masons. Whether FACTUAL writings say so or not they do. They are very secretive and will never disclose anything about the masons with a non-member. They don't ask people to join the masons. They won't talk about it openly. Usually the only people who will know are friends and family. Its not like its a group that they aren't aloud to tell you they are a part of but due to the secrets they won't talk about being a mason with just anyone. They have ways of identifying each other. Like a handshake for instance. But most masons wear a ring with their symbol on it. Even further than that they put symbols on their vehicles. I have seen them on their tie clips and even belt buckles. So as for being a mason they aren't very secretive about being a member. Its just what the masons are about is what they don't discuss with non-members... All of the above is fact.
