I would like to start the procces of getting my 1.5 AC lot surveyed and staked. So that I can plan out septic and plot plan. Is there anyboby out there To piont me to the right people?

My Property is south of i40 on sunset rd. east of 32nd, i've been there got there by rough measurements from previous owners, theres a pumphouse about 500 feet from the lot, and propery line by the street has a 5in water pipe

Also DO NOT PLAN ON DRINKING SUN VALLEY WATER! You haul drinking and cooking water here.
