I agree with the above. Recently I purchased a puppy from a breeder/distributor in Adams County with a Wisconsin Dells address. Buyer Beware! The first puppy died in a week from Parvo exhibited symptoms. The second puppy, after 4-5 days began showing the same symtoms, due to the previous symptoms we rushed the puppy to the vet which tested positive for Parvo. Due to the quick response this puppy survived, but this ordeal was something I wouldn't wish on anyone--watching an innocent, loving puppy slowly suffer and die is cruel. Micheal Vick recieved prison time for his abuse, and the dogs didn't suffer as long or as much. I've called my State Senator (D) and my State Representative (R) to voice my concerns on Wisconsins lack of laws/regulation on these concerns. Atleast Rep. Ripp called me back. He said bill is not moving because it was concidered to lenient, so another year goes by without any action. I've never heard from Senator Miller!, he must not care???? If you wonder why these "Mills" operate in Wisconsin its quite simple--they can.URGE YOUR LAWMAKERS TO SUPPORT THE COMMERCIAL DOG BREEDERS LICENSURE BILL, ASSEMBLY BILL 250/SENATE BILL 208, which mandates inspection and licensing of breeders selling 25+ dogs annually.

Why do Chicago welfare people come to Wisconsin? Because the get more here and "they can". Our State
Legislature obviously would rather play politics, point fingers and do nothing to serve the people they are suppose to represent. But we vote 'em in, again and again don't we. Pass legislation and watch these Puppy Mills run to another State its as simple as that.
