If you would like to enjoy some nice cool air near Rocky Mountain National Park, fish, hike, raft, or just relax in the ambiance of Northern Colorado, take a look at 312 E. Myrtle (google it) and then email me. No water problems up here, no immigration issues, just friendly people. There are 3 trees per capita in Ft. Collins. Water is clean, air is clean and it's less than an hour to the park.
