I feel bad for Canyon State. They are just trying to do their best to serve their community and let people know they are a local company and want to serve the residents (who move in and out a lot and may not know about them yet). Maybe the residents that have the issue with the billboard should have spoken up before it was erected. I am sure there had to be some zoning meetings. It is in a commercial zone and Canyon State's ad was very nicely done. It isn't like there was an ad for an adult store or something like that. Canyon State has always served us very well with exceptional service. The billboard is just another avenue to get their message out to us that they are here and local. I don't think there should be anyone mad at Canyon State or any other advertiser on that billboard for just utilizing the opportunity that has been provided to them by the sign company that owns the sign.
