I am lettimg you know the Umatilla Police department today was put on notice that there is a lawsuit against them for wrongdoing of an accident that took place on State road 450 two weeks ago. This is first hand knowledge from the involved party. This is public imformation and can be backed up.

I have been informed that Umatilla Police Depatment was served a lawsuit, from a victim involved in a accident that happened on May 1-2008.
