Wow, the ability of a citizen to sue a law enforcement agency if they 'feel' that the agency is not enforcing the law will likely end up with a rash of frivolous lawsuits by none other than xenophobes, racist, and other social rejects. But then what does Americans expect when the FEDS do little about illegal immigration?
Maybe it's time that the FEDS keep their noses out of this law if they don't intend to properly enforce the very laws they're voted in to enforce!

Anti-immigration sentiment is on a bandwagon. CA has proven that illegals bankrupt a state although that should have been obvious anyway.
