What happened with Bruce Runyon at Olney Trust Bank ?? Could OTB be getting rid of the deadwood.. I'm sure this isn't like the nepotism problem another bank in town had a couple of years ago...

He is too young to retire. Maybe he got a better offer somewhere else?

Hopefully someone who will acknowledge the common folks regardless of their income and holdings.. It's just my personal opinion , but i thought he was an Ahole..He didn't want to speak with anyone who didn't have a bucket full of dollars and he has been that way since he smooched -- i mean worked his way up the ladder.. Yes , B.R. your poo poo stinks and you might give T.W. a call and compare your walks of shame ... Oh , how the high and mighty ( at least they think they are ) have fallen ,,,,,,, Again...... And congratulations it's about time the board grew a pair..

This is almost as good as when they kicked George Abel and son out of the Bank of Lawrence County in Bridgeport.

Don't look at me - haven't posted in ages. I don't remember any bank scandals since Tommie and his SIL tried to get rid of one of the board members.

ESADAH,I was in the bank on Friday. It appears they are currently taking applications for a new president, so you can still apply for the job.

Not me.. I heard that one reason he was let go was because of too many loans to friends and buddies who didn't repay... And an Arizona bank purchase or an attempt to purchase ..??

..

Trustbank has had a branch in Tempe, AZ for years and years now. I remember reading that in the ODM. That could not be an issue after all this time.

It is my understanding there is a lady who is the temporary president until they either promote from within, or hire someone from outside.

I wonder if the Arizona branch was opened so they could keep Eric Kapper's account after he won his lawsuit and moved to Arizona (RIP Eric)

Look west for answers, there's more too the history he has had in the community in Onley. The shades need to be removed and the community needs to be educated on the AZ operations.

I had lost track of Eric before he died. Did he have any next-of-kin other than his mother and sister?

I hear the OTB employees are very pleased with the outcome even though they were told to keep it all hush hush for fear of airing the banks dirty laundry in public... Like it was a secret that an A-hole was among them .. Just another example of a CEO with a gigantic ego and very little respect for the employees and no communication skills to perform his/her duties to the satisfaction of the customers who pay his/her overpriced unearned salary and benefit package... When you blow smoke up your customer , employees and/or board members butt --- sooner or later someone will fart in your face :):):)
