I have gone to Aryanna to get my hair highlighted .. This was my 1st time doing anything to my hair i was a bit nervous but left satisfied . It is true the staff is Spanish but all spoke it and know enough to give a good h/c or whatever service is asked of them.

WARNING --- WARNING --- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL --- HORRIBLE FOIL JOB AND HAIR CUT WAS SO UNEVEN.

I had my second appointment with Marlenny at 3;00. I arrived at 2:55 and the two ladies stated that Marlenny was not in yet but I was early. After waiting ten minutes the one girl called Marlenny to find out where she was but there was no answer. I waited two weeks for this appointment, show up on time and the owner/hair dresser is no where to be seen!!! I was upset but though, "well maybe something terrible happened" so I said two the two girls that I would do some shopping downtown. Fourty-five minutes later I get a call from one on the girls stating Marlenny is to busy at another store and will not be available until very late or tomorrow. No apology Nothing!! Very unprofessional.

On a positive note: I am glad Marlenny never showed up because I found a very good salon that fixed the HORRIBLE FOIL job she did the first time. Now I look better.

Oh and the prices at Marlenny's for the ugly store and services where way to high!!!

Marlenny took 3.5 hours for root touch up, foil and cut. The foil was uneven and she forgot to cut half of my head due to walking away and answering the phone! Very unprofessional. NO NOT GO!!!!!

I have been Marlenny's customer for 17 years. She is an expert in color and high lights. She is very professional and kind. She is also bilingual so I have no idea about what some of these posts say. I currently live in Lindenwold NJ and rather take the almost 2 hour car ride to get my hair done properly. Excellent service and perfect environment.
