October 16, 2009 No reporter listed A Tamaqua man has been cited after allegedly assaulting his son on Thursday. John J. Sienkiewicz, 38, of 215 Bowe St., Tamaqua, allegedly pushed his son, Brandon, to the ground, then punched him in the face after the two argued about a video game system.

Let's not totally blame the kids. When you grow up with a violent father, it truly can mess up your mind. Citing him probably won't do much good. I guess the whole deal is a tragedy because the kids will probably suffer with internal demons for the rest of their lives. I really despise violent fathers.

yes i do agree with your comment ''imtiredof_it''. i'm sure its not the first time he laid a hand on someone and i'm sure it won't be the last. sounds like the cops gave him a slap on the hand for this. i'd put his butt in jail and let him rot. i do not like any kind of violence. whats wrong with this world today??!!
