Possible Tornadoe in Charleston

The National Weather Service says it is tracking reports of tornadoes in Charleston County.

Dude, someone fix this story! This is insane. First of all, the weather service is not tracking a tornado right now. This was hours ago when one was sighted. Second, there's no "E" at the end of "Tornado" as the title says. Third, there was not "weather warnings across much of the state most of the day." There was a couple this morning in the south midlands and a couple this evening on the coast.

At the beginning. Then later on it says "The Weather Service says it is tracking a tornado near James Island, also south of the city." That makes it sound as though there is a tornado on the ground at this very moment. Should be worded something like "The Weather Service is investigating damage from earlier today near James Island, possibly caused by a tornado."

Tornadoes- plural tornado - singular - usc students should be aware of spellings but then again professional journalist can't spell either....

I had family members camping at James Island state park and they said that it was storming there badly. They had to go to a shelter because the park rangers said a possible tornado touched down about half a mile away. They also had alot of hail.
