Charleston County deputy charged with assault
CHARLESTON, S.C. A Charleston County deputy has been arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge after authorities say he punched a teen during a November traffic stop.

Charleston County Sheriff Al Cannon teaches all of his deputies that it is ok to punch citizens who are stopped for speeding.
In Al Cannon's mind, the US Constitution and the United States Code pertaining to civil rights mean nothing. Sadly, that is quite salient.
