I laugh every time I see people walk in this place. Only thing I ever saw about them that interested me was that got a$$ on Sarah that used to work there and the sexy little blonde. Every time I saw someone go in I wanted to scream RUN!!! They are crooks!!

I agree with all of the negative comments about this company. We also were "tricked" at the Welcome Center, thinking it was a legitimate tourist center and we attended the presentation. It is partially my fault that we signed up in the first place, but due to a storm that caused the cancellation of the initial presentation, they sweetened the pot and we attended the next day. It seemed like great savings as they gave us a cheaper quote on a trip we were planning and had priced out. However, since signing up, we have been unable to book anything with them! They just refused to call back despite numerous calls. Their web site uses the same sites you can book yourself and get the same or better prices as they list. The air fares, hotels, etc. are the same, or in some cases more expensive than I find. The new Dining Option with the new company is laughable as I already belong to Restaurant.Com and can buy the coupons at 80%, not 50% off as they offer on the web site. After we purchased the plan and I realized it looked like a timeshare scam, I looked on the Better Business site and at the time they had an A- rating, so I figured that Better Business must be in their pocket. Has anyone successfully gotten their initial money back?
tourist center is the lure. We too thought it was run by the state and just stopped to ask directions. after the presentation and sakes pitch i didn't see the NO REFUND NO REVIEW at the bottom. I called the bank beforee we left to put a stop on it, but they couldn't. I'm sick. I shoud Kno better. has anyone had a good experience or gotten their money refunded

Fraud in general and specifically of timeshare are the order of the day. We all should be very cautious and not be fooled by false promises about investment returns, timeshare resales or anything that sounds too good to be true. These are good articles on how to use timeshares properly:

I can't believe this is still happening and it pisses me off! I had this company scam me years ago before the name change! How do they get away with this!!! Why hasn't the Attorney General looked into this company and why does the wonderful town of Charleston allow these guys to stay there!!

Any positive posts are employees!

Timeshare Travel is the right to own a week at a certain resort yearly. Timeshare salespeople often lies to convince potential buyers that they are purchasing a timeshare that will provide them with deep discounts on travel in the long run and potential for thousands of dollars in profits. Timeshares as means of saving money on travel expenses. Some common timeshare scams are claims that the timeshare will allow the client to vacation at much lower rates than if they purchased online or through a travel agent:
