With as much money as Reece's Tire is bringing in, I sure wish they would upgrade their customer service department and get more organized. It's not like they say, "first come first serve" it is who you know and who you are. Anyone agree?

I'm as cheap as they come but I won't buy tires from Reece's again, no matter how low their prices are. I hate their service or lack there of.

Same for Wal-Mart in general, even thought the Summerville store seems better than most, believe it or not.

Too bad Ronny retired, I don't know who I would buy tires from now days.

Any suggestions?

I dont believe any one Ive ever been in contact with at Reeces wrote this post. Been going there for years, no complaint at all. Will go back when I need tires. Always treated me nice.

Calm down Lee Roy, don't be so grouchy because you spend all day on your knees handling nuts... lug nuts for sure, who knows what you do in your free time.

I've never had a problem there. Every time I've been there Gary was running the parking lot, lining everyone up in order as they came in.
Maybe you're just too impatient and one of those people that can't be satisfied and you're gonna complain regardless?

You ever heard of adding insult to injury? That's what you just did. Insted of saying give em another try , you accuse this person of being a complainer anyway. I think Gary is a real hard worker and if you're an unsatisfied customer, go see Gary personaly. He does stay busy, but at least he's not sitting on his rear doing nothing. If you can get there early you'll have a better chance of talking to him. I say give them another try, Gary has always been super nice and eager to please the customer!

I'm a very busy person and I don't have time to stand around waiting for things like car repair.

I want a place where I can drop my car off and pick it up at a predetermined time.

The last time I bought tires from Reece's I returned two hours later as agreed and my car hadn't even been touched. Another trip a couple of hours later yielded the same result. On a different occasion I put a wheel back on myself, just so I could get out of there.

Also, are they still using just two floor jacks to take all four wheels off cars?

If you want inexpensive tires and don't mind waiting around, Reece's is the place for you. Personally I have better things to do.

I've never had a problem with the service at Reece's. However I do have one complaint. There is no where for people to park. Now it seems as though Reece's has tried to create a place for parking but it still isn't big enough and it's almost impossible to get down the street on a saturday or a busy week day. This causes quite the headache for those of us who live on scoggins or in the apartments located on this road. Also, the customers parking and pulling in and out don't pay attention to traffic on the road and pull out in front of you or back out onto the street without looking. Something needs to be done about it, it's getting really dangerous.

It's poorly organized that causes the issue. Lack of space, lack of parking, no real waiting area, lack of service.

If you have time to stand there for 1-2 hours and make sure they don't skip you, then everything is fine.
Most people, including me, don't have time to or shouldn't have to.

Suggestion box:1. Bigger parking would be a plus. 2. larger waiting area 3. cleaner facilities(restrooms) The people at Reeces Tire have always been friendly and helpful to me and my family,we've used them for yrs. It would be an improvement to have a nicer facility since they do so much business, but I'll keep going there regardless. Thanks

To bad it is not Leroy....he is mighty cute!!!! hard working fellow...I have to agree that every time I have been there I waited in line like everyone else. Will be a repeat customer...couldn't ask for a better place to take care of you after you buy your tires...Been back plenty of times needed a tire plugged or rotated with no issues...love them hard working boys.
