my husband and I are both employed, we have no pets, we do smoke, but we don't mind going on the porch or elsewhere outside to smoke. We are looking for anything with 1 or 2 bedrooms (including efficiency apartments) in or very close to the
summersville area. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We allow smoking. Our only restriction is no pets. We have a couple of very nice mobile homes for rent, if you are interested the office hours are posted above.

You should pay a visit to Real Estate Ltd. They're nice people and could probably help you out.

Not sure how far out of town you are willing to be. But just up the road from the old Mount Nebo General store, they have converted a farmhouse into 2 apartments. Upstairs and downstairs. Just turn onto Old Nicholas Road there at the old store and its the first house on your right. The rent was in the area of $350 - 400 a month, but Im not sure if they have a vacancy. Might be worth checking into though.
