There Is a lot.of dogs running free in deer creek edition down ward rd. It's out of hand. Who takes care of stuff like this is a housing development. One house even has 4 loose dogs. 2 don't even have fence collars. And there's all kinds of little kids around and the dogs always growl and bark at them.

I can tell u from experience that snake shot works well on dogs and all it does is pepper their butt. They will learn to stay away from your place. I used it on my neighbors dog and it so got the message that it wasn't aloud on the property. Never did any damage but sure did put it on the run. The dog woulg go out of its way to go around mt place.

I agree that there are a lot of selfishe people. Everyone is guilty of being a bit selfish at some point but there are a lot of good people too. Yes animals do have the right to live and poisoning animals is wrong. For every idiot that talks like that there are two more people willing to protect animals.

There should be leash laws for entire county. My neighbors let their hounds out to run deer at night. Sick of the howling and barking.

unfortunately if live in Summersville and someone has a dog and it is not so nice - you are in trouble- I lived there and my daughter simply walked down the street and a neighbors pit bull visously attacked her ripping her legs and backside scared horrendously for life- what was done --- nothing- you will have the same plight if you are there now I am sorry to tell you- dogs are more important than people in many places. Oh and yes we tried legal proceedings but that was of no help at all. A child and a family who did nothing wrong but happen to live in Summersville had no rights that is a sad but true commentary. Don't mean to sound bad but glad we no longer live there

There Laws for Dogs and Cats!!! If you have a problem with ur neighbors dogs.try talking to them before you act on stupidity.Knowing the Laws is also the best thang!!! I have people dogs from the neighborhood running lose all the time.Honestly if they get in the trash i just pick it up.if they kill my live stock then i do have a right but i have yet for that to happen.Thank God for i don't have the heart to kill a dog.I would be the one the find the owner of the dog and letting them know what has happened and give them a warning.now as for any dog killing a cats such dogs as pitbulls boxers well any kind of dog killing a cat would have to go!!! After a dog kills out of the blue for no reason he or she can't be trusted!!!! I have done a lot of research on dog breeds!!!! A lot of dogs are misunderstood !!!!

To Bug Ridge- In Town High Street halfway up hill 4th house from end on right. Don't live there anymore so have no way of knowing about the dog now- however my daughter was the third person attacked by same dog and it seemed as nothing could be done. I like animals ok but when they hurt people for no reason this is bad
