My guess is....it was swept under the rug. Can't say for sure though. All I know for sure is that he is an arrogant pr**k. He should have been suspended from his job until the matter was resolved. Personally I think he should have been fired. He did not set a good example as a prosecutor. But hey his family makes up half the courthouse.

Really how do others sit in judgement when they have committed same crimes..After all the bible says a sin is a sin Right????? How are judges and lawyers,prosecuter....can leave known drinking est. in town and never get in trouble?????? What about are kids arresting them for things we ourselves have done as youth...What the hell is there for them in Sullivan County????? Oh !!!! I am still confused.... Our square is like a circus ..Try and catch kids on friday & saturday night is away for our city to gain revenue.... Where businesses use to?????

The incident was swept under the rug. Contact Brown County clerks office and inquire. He got it done by calling the prosecutor and throwing his daddy's name around.....just like he did two years ago at Shade's State Park when he was caught smoking a joint with several buddies in the campground. His buddies were arrested and he told the arresting officer that he was prosecuting attorney and that he was deputy prosecutor in Vigo County.....youre right, should have been fired and perhaps disbarred. I will say that this kinda crap happens everywhere, not just in Sullivan County. What a shame!!!

You're right. It does happen everywhere. He's not the only one "high" in the courthouse so to speak. Several of them smoke pot right along with their boozing. It's too bad something can't be done. But you can't fight the law cause the law always wins!

the only thing he lives by are the rules sullivan county makes up on a need be reason for who ever needs it
