Also I believe the A bond distribution has been interrupted by the recent promotion of the judge in the case by Obama. At this point I believe what we need to be more concerned with is how this disruption in our case is delaying a judge signing off on refinancing of a number of loans. Alanar Rehab, a non-profit group, has worked hard in helping the churches find refinancing loans. Currently approved loan offers are now in danger of being withdrawn if the court does not approve the refinancing soon.

We are closing in on 4 years of this being in the hands of the courts and receivership. Hope for recouping much of our investment is dwindling. The fact that there is rarely new information posted only adds to the anxiety. For example, 4 months since an update on the receivership website, COME ON!! This is one instance that no news probably isn't good news.

I have tried, without results to find out the status of the Category A church bonds. Apparently the decision has been lefvt to the court since Nov 14, 2008. The receivership continue to rake in their pay, why doesn't the Judge get with it!

I contacted Sen Bayh and Sen Hill's offices this date and passed on the little bit of info we have been given. Both offices agreed they would contact the SEC and the Federal Court, Southern Indiana District. Bond holders need to be contacting Irwin-Stewar attorneys to get them off their butts and start earning their pay. Calls to the above senators would help also, let them know how many voters there are out here.

The Reeves are white collar criminals. Under the guise of religion this is one particular gropu that schnooked innocent victims like all of us. The US courts drag too long unlike the Arabian laws and courts. We have lost much of our investments. These guys need to be punished now and not when the Lords second coming day happens. Hucksters like the Reeves family take advantage of those people who trust very much in God and who dont know that these huksters use relgious beliefs and steal from public.

why has it taken so long,Madoff case is already settled. yet these 4 criminals are still at large.alot of people were hurt by this. And yet it toook almost 5 years.

I talked with Mr. Skolik last week, he said the judge has signed off on the Class A church bonds. Letters to those bond holders should be in the mail the 10-12 of July 2009.

Has anyone inormation to pass on as to when we will get another pittance from the receivership. Seems their 20% recovery fee is pretty steep and the bills from them go on and on!~!~~~~~??>???

Does anyone know how we can cash out what is left of our accounts?? I have sent several letters to the receiver and they do not answer. I would like to get the remnants of my money back.

You'll get a percentage of that back depending on what the total is left when the court decides how much in assets are left in the deal to be divided. It may take awhile...

The last request for permission to disperse bond money to bond holders went in on Dec 9, 09, Mr. Skolik was nice enough to call and let me know, Judge Hamilton So Indiana Court has the request. He took eight months the last time to approve distribution. This would be a good way to start the new year with a checj. Please conact Judge Hamilton.

The Reeves' were in Sullivan Circuit Court yesterday trying to get bond reduction of which they did not get .
