Nice win by the Arrows. Linton coach Joey Hart was a big whiner throughout the game.

come on man. Whiner? Unfortunately for the purple and gold, you wont be able to hire refs that live across the street in the sectional. Regardless, the Miners wouldn't have won with a good crew. That doesn't mean the hose job should go unmentioned. If you know anything about Coach Hart, you know he is incredibly loyal to his guys.

Sullivan has been and continues to be better than LSHS, but that won't last much longer. Much like football, the smaller school 15 minutes to the East will soon be getting the better of this series.

Coach Hart and a couple of the former Union players he has as assitants know a thing or two about beating Sullivan.

Linton has a talent defeciency, the reason for the outcome, this game was officiated just fine. Coach Hart should be loyal to his players, he is their coach, he also should be loyal enough to discipline # 32 for throwing the ball at David Bedwell.#32 should have been riding the bench the rest of the night.

Sullivan will continue to be better than Linton in Basketball for years to come. And to refute your point about the Sectional, the Arrows won last year at Owen Valley.

Please, those former Union players are nothing more than glorified clip board holders in dress pants.

And to refute the "smaller School" business, Linton is 2A and that's where Sullivan is going also.

Hart whines like a little girl and Linton gets hammered. Pretty good night in Sullivan!

OJ, this will be last post on this subject as your basketball IQ is evident. Who said Sullivan didnt win at OV? That was and is probably the worst 3A sectional in Indiana.

Regarding #32, he made the right play. Bedwell hit a layup, turned around and told Dess about it, then turned his back. We play by man rules. Dont talk junk if you cant handle it, and by no mrans talk junk and turn your back. David Bedwell got what he had coming. Any player with a pair wld do the same thing.

Regarding Talent, there are 3 post high school players on the court, and only one wore purple and gold. İn fact, Rhett will be thesecond, maybe 3rd best player on the court when this matchup takes place
in 2011.

Sounds like "Fraud" or Fruad(sp?) was sitting on Lintons bench, a coach maybe?

Dess (#32) was talking smack all night from what I hear, he should have been tossed. Just your typical Linton class shinning trough...worst town in Indiana. I thought it was telling that quite a few of Lintons bench jockeys were cheering after Dess the Doofus had his show of ignorance. Pathetic. No reprimand from any of Lintons finest on the sideline, guess those former UHS players thought it was fine to display zero sportsmanship.

If you think Rhett Smith will be anything but the best player on the court against Linton in 2011 I wouldn't bring up basketball IQ. You signed sealed and delivered your stupidity with that statement.

Is Hart still crying???

Sullivan's a damn joke of a town. You cannot keep people there. It's dying out and we Linton people laugh at you every time we drive through. Yeah...call us when you actually have a downtown again, OK?

U kno what they say about haters....they jealous or hiding something. OJ must played for Sullivan when Joey was dropping 30 against them. İt wasnt personal, just a talent discrepancy.

"Dess (#32).....was talking smack all night from what I hear, he should have been tossed"

With your expert knowledge please advise of what infraction warrented Dess being tossed? Or were you just typing an opinion (albeit baseless and w/o thought).

Dess the Doofus throwing the ball out of anger at another player. Should have been tossed, of course that's acceptable behavior for Linton, always has been and always will be. That's the infraction, pretty simple actually.

Joey was a great player at UHS, went on to play D1..great accomplishment no jealousy here, he just made me sick with his antics at the Sullivan game.

Oh yeah, Linton exists...where else would the Meth heads live??

OJ, you have too much hate. Nothing but hating. Sad really.

Dess broke no rules. Perfect way to get your point across without hurting your team. İt worked, Bedwell shut up and played after that. And played well. If you see it any other way you dont know thw rules. Read up and tell me where it says, anywhere that an
inbounder is subject to ejection for throwing the ball off a defender.

Glad to hear I mis understood your comments on coach Hart.

Oh yeah, your entertaining but name calling a HS So. is not appropriate. I'm sure you came down and told him and his family if they saw 'Dess the Doofus' on topix it wld be you? I can throw them out for whole team and staff but that would be stooping to your level. From there, I'm sure you would defeat me with your expierence.

Meth heads? lol...check to see where more meth busts take place. Just like if u compare test scores, you'll find Sullivan's school system is below Linton's as well. I guess our meth heads are smarter.

Last thing, compare per captia income.....ouch Sullivan should worry about being less of a burden on the welfare system, not basketball.

Jokes on you my friend. Ignorance unleashed!

Trash talking is part of the game, you can't do away with it and nobody gets hurt from it other than maybe someones feelings. But deliberately throwing the ball at a player's back when he isn't looking, sounds like chicken shit to me, not to mention the fact of potiental injury just because someone got their feelings hurt from trash talking. Wah, wah.........

And one more thing if Linton had any kind of coach, #32 would have had his ass on the bench until he learned how to control himself. Of course coach might not have saw it as he was too busy whining to the refs every 5 minutes.
