I say good !! Its about time people who invade others privacy and civil liberties shold be punished no matter there age cause there older they should not be put in jail If that is the case we should let all criminals out of jail when they hit 65 and no one over that age should ever see the inside of a jail cell now thats discrimination.I beleive that people who induldge in this behavior has some kind of mental defect and belong in some sort of mental facility.As this has to be some kind of a mental disorder who wants or has the time to follow others around.The kind of a person who just cant take NO for an answer.
