City Awarded $491,000 Grant for Streetscape Improvements on Route 47

Yorkville was awarded a state grant of $491,720 for decorative street lighting and aesthetic streetscapes on Route 47, but when construction begins is unknown.
Half a million for decorations, but nothing for condemned bridges, overcrowded schools, sewage into Blackberry and Fox waterways. Oh wait....Boombah wants a pretty downtown...and a tax boost...and rebuilt electrical...and tiff money and and and and
