Nice white elephant of a library. Dumb taxpayers ok building this impressive and very expensive edifice and then find out .....
gee we need even more tax assessments to staff this joke.

You gotta love government.
Maybe a little ass backwards??

Oh, good luck with another unneeded boondoggle.

It does make one wonder what they were thinking when they broke this doen into two separate referendums.
I guess they knew they would never get what was really needed all at once, so they broke it down into more palatable amounts.
To bad the taxpayers werent bright enough to keep turning them both down.
Of course around here if you vote down a referendum it just keeps showing up on every available ballot until it finally sneaks in

This one will eventually pass because of that fact.
Unfortunate.

Very interesting.
Do you suppose these are the same officials that have never been able to build up our tax base and spend sales tax revenue that was specific for one irem on something completely different?
like a road to nowhere??
What is the point of that road extension from rt. 47 anyway??
What a rip off and a joke.
I can see how this library deal fits right in.
Typical.

You mean the new road wont be full of tax paying businesses??

When will the new library open for business.
And since it was handled very sneakily as far as staffing, how many days a week or hours per day will it be open to the taxpayers who got stuck with this disaster?

Dont worry about the hours just approve the funding for manpower and all will be right with the world.

Is everyone in Sugar Grove upset with the way the library referendums were handled?
Why werent they placed together so you get a nice library and proper staffing?
Why have one without the other?

Even a dumb ass like me knows that there were 2 referendums on the 2004 ballot and that you cant have 2 referendums under one single vote.

The village doesnt run the library Duh! Take some basic government classes. The man that drives me to my school on the short bus told me all about it. All we are is a bunch of fools that dont vote anyways so lets all post our mindless rants on a site that nobody cares about. Lets all admit we dont even own property and dont pay taxes.
