I believe they are fully aware of who committing some of these crimes. The streets say they have even made arrest,however they wont tell us about it because they are their snitches committing these crimes. They'll smack them on the wrist and send them back to work. Although the crimes they commit cost the city as well.And who is suffering. The tax paying citizens and small business owners of course!!!!
