2 men sue NJ Lottery over tossed $1M ticket
Two New York men are suing the New Jersey Lottery after they threw out a winning Powerball ticket worth $1 million.

If you do not have the winning ticket then you can not collect. It seems a big coincidence that the so called winning ticket was on the way to a landfill the very next morning. Some one must have taken out the trash after 11:00 P.M or around dawn the next morning for this thrown out lottery ticket to be heading all the way to Canada already. Hmm...
