There are a lot of dvd movies that portray the plight of the American Indians. They have been wrongly characterized by many as they made them out to always be the bad guys.

I study American history, I especially like the westward expansion during the 1800's.

Here are some good movies: The Song of Hiawatha, Smoke Signals, I will fight no more forever, Bury my heart at at wounded knee and Spirit rider.

All of these are available online from Amazon.com .

There are also some good documentaries available, but sometimes a little boring.

That would be my fault, Bobby. I started talking about the religion that we-my family and I- practice. But I brought it up just as a comment seeing as how everyone was talking about their religions.

I'm wondering how the person who started this article came to that conclusion. I've never met a member who went to the Church Christ that has held that radical belief that they are the only Church. That is the problem with making Generalizations.

Thanks for saying this, but you may be unaware of the cultish activity going on.

I am a former coc myself, 25 years of it. There are some very good churches of Christ but there is also a very bad group of small coc's that do teach this stuff. I am a much stronger Christian today, because I found the grace and love of God.

who started this stupid post, and why??? Never heard of anyone being kidnapped and held by the church of christ and forced to go there. Would it kill you to show any respect to others whose beliefs are different than your own?

My friend goes to the C.C.and says anyone who gets a divorce without one of there mate commenting adultery and can not ever get remarried, or they will go to hell if they do, I told her that Jesus will forgive them for anything and that they would be able to get remarried.

Some coc do teach that, but you are correct, Jesus will forgive.

what about the people who dont go to church. like me people have said that i believe and worship the devil which i do not. anyway if god is real get me proof like have him come and show me the light and if he was real how come he made my dad die
