School districts are well within their legal
rights to intervene in cyberbullying incidents –
even those initiated offcampus
– when it can
be demonstrated that the incident resulted in
a substantial disruption of the educational
environment.

Doesn't law enforcement have bigger fish to fry? Aforementioned, kid your kids off of here if they can't be mature. Our country has many bigger issues IMO
um no this country does not have bigger fish. Bullying should be a higher the priorities list. There are kids dying almost everyday because of bullying of all kinds. People should be more mature and not criticize others for every little thing. They shouldn't put people down just because they think it's funny or cool or because they think they can. I wish I could be around when these so called people decide to bully someone. Last one that bullied my little brother had his face molded into a locker. Bullying is wrong. The people that do it don't deserve basic human rights in my opinion!

Cyber bullying should be brought up at the next town meeting. We should be more concerned about the students and teens. There are kids dying because of bullies.

Actually I teach my 8 year old about not bullying so I believe ALL should be held accountable regardless of age. Their parents should raise them with more character.

Some of you are crazy! In what world is it okay to talk down to someone so much and make them feel like they're not worth anything. In those "old days." I know several would have gotten their asses whipped by their parents if they came home with a note from the teacher saying they were bullying another student.

It's a LAW. Cyberbullying IS wrong!!!

I agree it is sad that people just are so unhappy with thier lives that they have to hurt others.
The bible says not to JUDGE one another. When you are bullying someone and bashing them its a sin.
