You didn't read my post I don't guess. I said I would hate to own a restaurant in this town. I don't own one. I'm sure its like this everywhere, but I complain about the Stuttgart population because I've seen them first hand. People have unreasonable expectations. Just like the week Pats Place opened, they were doing there best, and people couldn't wait to hit this website with there complaints about everything. Its not unreasonable to expect good service, but it is unreasonable to expect to never be inconvenienced. Wouldn't hurt to see something positive on this site instead of bickering and bitching non stop.

The burgers at pat's place suck, so do they're fries, all you can get is the kind with batter on them. They are overpriced too and so far I've ate there 3 times and Pat's Place sucks. Sportsmans has way better burgers. Bless that girls heart working in the kitchen, she does a great job!

My point exactly. Thats your opinion and rather than just simply not going there anymore or saying something like "well I didn't really care for it", you always see comments like "they suck", "worst place ever", "way over priced". Like these people are doing the whole world a service by bad mouthing the hell out of everything that they are not 100% impressed with. I'm not defending Pat's Place, just pointing out how people treat local businesses. I have ate in every place in Stuttgart at some time or another and I have experienced good days and bad days with everyone of them. I have good days and bad days when I cook for myself. So as long as the people are friendly and the service is okay (doesn't have to be best service the world has ever seen) Reasonable expectations is key.

Oh i tried pats place 3 times and she's out, and her prices aren't fair, neither are those xtra large sorry burgers, and funky plate lunches....

My husband and I ate at sportsman just a few night ago and it was wonderful :) well worth it!

Does the presentation really matter when it all comes out the same anyway? I've been to both places and a $13 hamburger from Sportmans is triple the size of the burger I ate from the Big Orange. The Sportsmans burger is also twice as good so why don't you quit complaining about stupid stuff!

I had dinner w/my daughters there tonight, the food was delicious. The service & cleanliness were also fab! It is hard to find anything other than fast food & Mexican in Stuttgart...Monday evenings are especially difficult. Glad I finally went there!
