The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled a jury trial is appropriate to determine if officers Mark Stoneburner and Damon Knapp, of the Sturgis Police Department, violated the rights of a man and his mother when investigating a shoplifting case in 2010.

A guy & his mother shoplifting, cops get all worked up in a quiet town of Sturgis, Michigan to use excessive force, no respect for these klowns (the thief & police), do respectable crimes or obey the law & if these copers want action hit the ring & show us what you got or move to a real city.
