An Obama ad running in Michigan claims McCain didn't support loan guarantees for the auto industry. In fact, he does support them.

Big Three Blues

The spot portrays Sen. John McCain as being callous toward the auto industry and American workers in general. In particular, it claims that he "refused to support loan guarantees for the auto industry."

FACT:

Detroit News, Aug. 23: The loan program got a boost Friday when likely Republican presidential nominee John McCain, said he would support low-cost loans for the automakers, although he did not specify a funding amount.

Change we do not need. More lies, deceit, and fabrications.

Thanks for clearing that up Topgun..I thought I had neard MCCain say that awhile back. Obama is starting to get nervous and telling lies. I am paying close attention to thier speeches. I think Obama might make a fine leader some day...just not 2008 in the U.S.A.

Check out the Washington Post, it explains that McCain is just down right lying about anything and everything, along with his running mate, Palin.
