"Stamps banned in the United States for 40 years..."

NY's Mystic Stamp Company (as local postal carriers know) sends out packages of historic postage stamps "on approval" which must be returned to the company if not purchased. Recently the company offered suddenly-available stamps from Caribbean Cuba, and a related communique also describes '"Castro's Cuba" Stamp Collection' among the nation's stamps made available after company purchase "from a source who began hoarding them in Europe more than 20 years ago". The newsletter shows a photo of a stamp that commemorates the "35th Anniversary of Revolutionary Camilo Cienfuegos Gorriaran's disappearance".
