Had they been ex-Rusk County sheriff's deputies, then they could have posted bail the next day just like Brandon Robertson did on April 6th.
Then 2 weeks later get in a high Speed very HIGH ON SPEED chase like Robertson. When they get out on parole, then the Cherokee County sheriff's department can issue them Statewide Travel Permits, like Brandon Robertson must've had. Because Cherokee County never called his parole officers in Smith County to come pick him up. They let him post bond and kill a State Trooper 2 weeks later. |
