They are in the WH getting ready for the party this week-end! Only a guess but probably a good one.
Now, that answers the controversary of why President George W. Bush was not at any airplane to meet the incoming caskets. President George W. Bush did not need a "media moment" to be a President. He went to visit the families and caskets of our fallen heros but not in public. Many of the families have spoken out about his kindnesses to them. He did things in private. You know when you do things in private God knows...and that is all that mattered to President George W. Bush.
obama...anything for a photo op...and did you all notice he even invited FOX to that photo op!

Bush acts out of compassion and genuine concern. Not a photo op. God I miss him, Laura and the twins.

How a president responds to a crisis defines him. GW never turned his back on the military. The war was his great burden while he was in office. I imagine Obama's lack of action his a burden as well. In my opinion, Obama has defined himself as support the military only when there is a political advantage.

Read in the Post that obama went to Walter Reed to visit the troops. Is that his first visit? I don't think he took the wife along. Yes, I know she is not an elected official but always nice to see the "couple" in unison.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Libra

Instead of retreating into your own little world, get out there and spread some love and joy to all those around you. Be sure to pay close attention to the things that make others truly happy - often it can be the simplest of things. Libra is the most sociable sign in the Zodiac and you'll be in your element at the moment. You don't need to go overboard, though, and pick up everyone else's tab!
