The police captain does recommend that anyone get into a shootout with a robber? The captain doesn't think life is worth the contents of your wallet? True statement however, Jacque's already decided that Eastman's life was worth taking for the contents of his wallet, That's why he shot at Eastman. Like Eastman had a choice. "In general a good kid" um.. NO! he is a psychopath with no value placed on any human life but his own. It's not kids today are wild, it's parents today are too busy and too lazy to raise their kids properly.
