Does anybody remember Obama's statements at the beginning of his term that he saw a need for a "CIVILIAN DEFENSE FORCE"? In essence a national POLICE force?
The Secret Service was part of the Treasury Department, and has been moved to Homeland Security by Obama. As was the ATF. Why?
If he gets a second term, I guarantee this police force will be expanded.
IRS part of it too?

consensus has you pinned to the left, dear. Remember our poll?
The declaration of independance, btw, was and is a radical document. I still like it.
Another useless poll. That was more for your enjoyment than any fact finding measure on my part. Take my word.

I'm not treading on you, just pointing out your transparent bs. You also know where you can put your empty threats.

Hey Rambler, If that is what makes your day - go for it! Why would I care about a poll by people I do not even know?

You CAN fix stupid, if people would take the time to educate themselves. However, I would assume that you can't fix paranoia either by many of your posts.

truly educated people don't pretend to know it all, or call other people names, or delight in other's misfortunes (shurrrrrrrrrly!). They cede valid points in other's arguments even if they disagree with the final conclusion, and they ask questions and seek clarification through reading and research.

I'm a hopeful guy. I keep hoping to see some of these qualities in the more radical leftist posters here. When Bekka said she was voting for bambam, I knew the day was lost, because she is, imo, more of an independent than a "liberal."

that being said, I fear for my future and the future of my country when I hear the deafening silence about bambam's incursions on the constitution, while ignoring our borders, pandering to rogue states like Iran and Syria, and printing buckets of money.

Can't you see any of that?
Dear heart, make my day and agree with just one little part of this missive!
(and good morning, AntieEm and Henny! You are both proof that snarky can be funny!

Not mean, valid. You took great pride in the fact that you got people evicted, the very same people, I might add, who will benefit most from the socialist health care bill (tax) that you so warmly embrace.
