Hebrews 12:22-24 (King James Version)
22But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
be of sound doctrine.
keep the faith.
use the people of the medical profession when needed.

Thank you Bobfish, I certainly see no rational reason why anyone would not use medical help when needed. It's certainly not forbidden in the bible.
God bless you and yours

If you know of any person that you suspect are sick and has been giving improper medical care, where would we report that?
Will the call be anonymous?
I didn't see a number and address in the local phone book for that one.
Between 44,000 and 98,000 people die in hospitals annually each year due to preventable medical errors, the Institute of Medicine found.
Number of abortions per year: Approximately 42 Million
Number of abortions per day: Approximately 115,000
Where abortions occur:
83% of all abortions are obtained in developing countries and 17% occur in developed countries.

Number of abortions per year: 1.37 Million (1996)
Number of abortions per day: Approximately 3,700
Who is responsible for all of these deaths?

Now there's some "fair and balanced" reporting. Not! What's your point unless you report something objectively, which you haven't done.

Have you noticed they refuse medical care for children but wear eye glasses themselves.
#10 May 15, 2011
Kim, not only do they wear glasses, most of them wear dentures and also take their animals to vets. I know because I used to belong to the church. Don't get me wrong, I believe in God, I just don't agree with the teaching of this church. I have seen my family die because they did not go to doctors, because that is what we were taught. My mother died of kidney stones, and she suffered so much, I don't think a "Just God" would want that for anyone. I could go on for ever, but I won't. I just do not think that calling for the elders of the church to pray for a child who is sick and dying is right. That child is innocent and does not know the difference between right and wrong, and most likely will not be given the chance to find out.

You believe in God? Then you believe His word. Matthew 16:24 - 25. If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

LOL, Yes! PLEASE do go visit Vancouver WA (and Portland OR and Salem OR and Medford OR) topix and READ what people are posting about the AOL Pedophile and his on line "mommy"!
How ORIGINAL! The AOL troglodyte made a fat joke! Yep, calling strangers who you wouldn't recoginze if they came up and punched you in the face names is SO CLEVER!
Like raye's hadler always says...I hope that raye's LAST TWO supporters, Sue, AOL Sissy Boy and her handler,JO, all have 'blessed day'... whatever the f*ck that is supposed to mean! Though, considering the SOURCE, it's very likely something Satanic.
PS: About Mike Porter, raye's own mommy testified that the entire family, INCLUDING raye, "was a watchin' him".
So even if raye's trial was move to ANOTHER PLANET the TRUTH would still have come out, and she would still have been found guilty!
PSS: and if these two idiots saw a video of raye actually killing Kelsey (with a CAPITOL "K") her last two supporters would insist that it was Lance Briggs in disguise and still be boo hooing that the baby killing bitch is innocent
PSSS: If there saw a TAPED CONFESSION where raye admitted to killing Kelsey (with a CAPITOL "K"), they would both claim that Kathie Briggs "doctored" it. Just like she "doctored" the OBS interview and the autopsy photos.
PSSSS: No matter what, raye's handler, JO, would still be running raye's BOGUS "defense fund" and pocketing all the donations. LOL, it beats WORKING for a living!
I read that she's saving up for a foreign adoption. Let's hope that the home study includes an internet search of her outlandish accusation and endless stalking and character assassination of the family of a murdered baby.

Whether to go to doctors or not go to doctors, that is the question for many.
Does prayer sometimes fail to get a healing, and someone suffers and dies? Yes.
Does it happen that sometimes going to the doctor, having an operation, taking medicine, etc, sometimes fails and someone suffers and dies, or fails to get relief? Yes.
Whether a person is a mainstream organized church member, a member of the Church of the First Born, or an unbeliever, Deuteronomy 28 is at work in all cases BECAUSE GOD IS SOVEREIGN.
"(2 Sam.7:14) I will be his father, and he shall be my son:
if he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men,
and with the STRIPES OF THE CHILDREN OF MEN" .......
(this could be doctors and/or "medicine" which we all know have many side effects).
God IS Sovereign. Satan is only a created being and the administrator of the curse. The curse was pronounced upon all who rebel or are in sin, disobedience or even ignorance of God's Word.
Even Christians who follow man made doctrines and traditions of men that make the Word of God of no effect, or who neglect the serious study of God's Word FOR THEMSELVES... can suffer the effects of the curse. Let us judge ourselves and examine ourselves, as well as our doctrines to see whether we be in the FAITH once for all delivered to the saints.
"My people perish for LACK of KNOWLEDGE."
Why would God allow such suffering, even of His own children? The answer is--to bring them to repentance and to their own cross, so that their spirit may be saved in the day of Christ Jesus.
Not all sin is as obvious as one might think.
Let's be careful not to go beyond the Word written, not to add to, or take away from it.......either through ignorance, doctrines of men, spiritual pride, or anything else. That's how serious God is about us all learning His Word and obeying it fully.
I don't know about you, but I don't want to be found under the curse. I want to do everything I can to repent, love and serve the LORD, and realize God's blessings for myself and my children and grandchildren.
God bless and sanctify everyone with His Truth~ His Word is Truth~ amen!
~I love all of you with the love of Christ~
Highly recommended book.....

I think the parable Jesus taught about the Good Samaritan is a very telling example of the kind of compassion and mercy Jesus expects his children to show the suffering.
The parable goes that first a Levite priest and a Pharisee passed by the injured man who'd been beaten and robbed and probably left for dead. These were "religious" people, but where was the compassion?
According to the usual COFB logic, the religious would have just prayed "God's will, but if he dies, he dies, it was God's will"...and done nothing else.
On the other hand, a Samaritan, someone who the religious people of the day, the Jews, considered to be an infidel, was the one who came by, and showed mercy on the wounded suffering man, tending his wounds physically. Then he took the man to a place where he could recuperate, and even offered to pay for any further care.
Jesus said in Matthew 12:
7But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
To "condemn the guiltless" to death through the practice of church doctrine when you see them laying there bleeding to death, or dying of a disease or sickeness that could be treated by simple medical means is the greater sin, than "going against the church".
Yes, the LORD wants his people to show mercy, not legalistic adherance to church doctrines.
And ESPECIALLY TO BABIES AND CHILDREN WHO CAN'T MAKE THESE DECISIONS FOR THEMSELVES!
