Ex-con facing heroin charge

Police said a heroin deal Tuesday in Ottawa led to an arrest. Letitio M. Oliver, 31, listed at both 1205 E. Bronson St., Streator, and 794 Colorado St., Marseilles, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Why is people always hating on brothers when they are trying to come up; I'm not talking about drugs i'm talking about him! I know him and he is family manwould st and he is not a drug dealer! If he would stay away from chicken heads maybe the police will leave him along!
