Maybe we should elect some willing Volunteers to do this job or include it in part of an easy community service requirement for lawbreakers to monitor these code violations. Qualifications would be simple, someone with two eyes and half a brain can see yards with high weeds or can determine whether properties are being rented short term.(Just by looking for out of state tags or rental car fleet tag stickers)
