and neither did Cass County. I am glad Cass County had no flooding and was not declard a Federal disaster!

I live in Pleasant Hill, Missouri and it is as dry as can be and Cass County has been just fine too! I live in the right part of Missouri and the best county because Cass County hasn't been declared a Federal Disaster!
