Vermont celebrates 30 years of court diversion

To mark the 30th anniversary of Vermont's court diversion program, the people who work in it turned to one of their own.

For once I agree with the Govenor a 3 month suspension for a judge? How about being disbarred. OF all people she knows the crimes and the punishments and got less than what she herself dished out 1 time or another. Who decides who gets diversion? I know some first time offenders of misdemeanors who ended up with time. Must be another who you are or who you know program.
