DING DING DING DING!!

We have a winner for Most Foolish Post of 2012.

A federal government money-grab "just temporary??" The most puzzling aspect of your ridiculous post here is deciding whether you think anyone reading it is gullible enough to actually buy such tosh, or that you are actually stupid enough to believe it yourself.

In one of his writings relating how the federal government ripped off a simple citizen on a mail contract, Mark Twain sums up the level of trust prudent people should place in the federal government generally when it comes to Fedzilla's propensity to grab private wealth pretty well:

"It took six Congresses, containing in their persons the compressed virtues of 70,000,000 of people, and cautiously and carefully giving expression to those virtues in the fear of God and the next election, eleven years to find out some way to cheat a fellow Christian out of about $13 on his honestly executed contract, and out of nearly $300 due him on its enlarged terms. And they succeeded. During the same time they paid out $1,000,000,000 in pensions--a third of it unearned and undeserved. This indicates a splendid all-round competency in theft, for it starts with farthings, and works its industries all the way up to ship-loads."

This competency in theft has only grown since Twin wrote this - and only a fool would deny it.

When a Nation is divided as this one is now, it is the President that is called upon to not only protect the nation, but to heal the division that afflicts the nation. It requires leadership and vision to restore a nation to harmony. It is the hallmark of a great President who can put aside party and idealogy for the sake of the nation, it is a great President who extends his hand to an political adversary to make the nation whole once again and get on with the nations' purpose. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, possessed this abiltiy. The current occupant does not.

It will phase out completely in 2017 – unless Congress, with lawmakers searching everywhere for revenue to reduce federal deficits – decides to extend it. That's the law.

Even though the voices in your head and the ghost of Mark Twain tells you otherwise.

Gee, necrophilia, isn't that the reason you were the only person from Gloversville to wind up in Matteawan State hospital for the criminally insane? What if your parole officer reads this? Oh that's right you're an escaped mental patient. Most people in town would like to beat the balls off of you and hang you in a tree. Me, I'd rather you just be tortured with the stupid life you live as a topix troll. Have a nice day, subhuman.

I see. So you are fully cognizant that this is not in fact a "temporary" tax, in the real world.

That makes you culpable as a purveyor or half-truths and deceptions, and a co-conspirator aiding and abetting those in Washington responsible for victiomizing the American people with this Madoff-like fraud.

Glad we could clear that up.

Portrait of the Retardican Teabagger's co-conspirators:

"Dems Ask for Delay to Obamacare Med Device Tax They Voted for in the First Place"

"Medical Device Tax is just one of 20 Obamacare Taxes."

"In a letter to Majority Leader Harry Reid, 18 Democrat senators and senators-elect have asked for “a delay in the implementation” of the Obamacare medical device tax. Like most of the significant tax increases in Obamacare, the medical device tax is scheduled to take effect on Jan. 1, 2013, conveniently after the 2012 presidential election."

"Each of the 18 Democrat signatories voted for or supported Obamacare in the first place. And now they want a sweetheart exemption from one of its most onerous provisions. Even in Washington DC, that shows a lot of gall."

"The signatories to the letter are as follows:
Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.)
Kay Hagan (D-N.C.)
Al Franken (D-Minn.)
Herb Kohl (D-Wis.)
Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.)
John Kerry (D-Mass.)
Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.)
Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.)
Robert Casey (D-Pa.)
Ben Nelson (D-Neb.)
Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.)
Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.)
Dick Durbin (D-Ill.)
Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.)
Patty Murray (D-Wash.)
Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.)
Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.)
Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.)–(Voted for Obamacare in the House)

What part of "It will phase out completely in 2017" do you have trouble understanding in your bizzaro world?
