If the idiot is an undocumented alien, will the charges be dropped and the state be forced to issue an apology?

Typical animal, leave your offspring so you can escape and survive another day. While he is incarcerated please have him sterilized so he cannot breed.
Funny isn't it, he probably thought he looked so good styling in a Lexus, with no regard for the car being stolen. Like I said what an animal.

Hope they ran the kid's name - she's probably got a record or warrant.

The Officer should have fired a warning shot into this bastards head. But it would have only ricocheted thus endangering the trooper. F this guy. He puts his 8 year old kid in harms way like that? His mother should have swallowed him. Power to the People.

I'm more surprised that there was a trooper who pulled someone over than about the charges. Not to diminish their presence at all...we need more troopers on L.I.!!!

Initial reports said the fleeing motorist committed suicide by shooting himself in the chest with the trooper's gun - five times. Which was kind of hard to believe. Anyway, as long as the did get shot it's a happy ending. Maybe next time we'll read about a better outcome.
