Jason is missed so very much. He was my first grandchild. I sure hope there is going to be further investigation on this. Has this person been tested for drugs & alcohol?? Was this person on a cell phone at the time?? How about checking the records. Jason was so young with a beautiful wife & daughter, he had his whole life ahead of him. Please don't sweep this investigation under the carpet. This family has already endured the pain of losing Jason's Uncle in 2004 and his Gram'pa just last year around this same time, and now with the lose of Jason this is just too much for this family to endure. God Bless Will Castro for being so wonderful to Jason & his family. His entire family wants to say thankyou Will Castro from the bottom of our hearts. Jason,s "Gram'ma"

I could never understand a family man putting himself and his dependants at risk by using such a vunerable machine on public highways.....yes it is a thrill; but a very costly one most times.

Did the accident occur in the eastbound or westbound lane of traffic? The article leaves this information out.

Yes as is the case for any fatal car accident the people involved are always tested for drugs and alcohol. The fact that no criminal charges are being pressed against the van driver should tell you something. Motorcycles are dangerous vehicles you take the risks you take the chances.

I just saw the news of this accident on Unique Whips. Such a tragic accident. Each time I think of getting a motorcycle, something like this comes up. I just take it as a sign that they are too dangerous to ride on public streets. Jason will be missed. God bless his family, his daughter and wife, and all the boys at Unique who shared their lives with him.

I was planning on getting bike to save gas daily and this just adds another reason why i shouldn't get one. People die all the time, and sometimes for the stupidest reasons. Alteast he died riding im sure he loved to ride. If i had a choice to die in a car or on a bike i would definatley choose a bike, atleast i died knowing i had a great time doing what i loved, i hope i made some sense, it sounded better in my mind

First sorry for your lost and thank your family for his service.

Motorcycles are not the danger, the danger comes from other drivers that do not watch for them. I hope this accident is not just chalked up to motorcycles are dangerous.

My sympathy to Jason and his personal family as well as to Will Castro and his crew.
Jason seemed like a great guy from what his TV persona portrayed.
Just a tragedy.
God Bless Jason!

The sad fact is....motorcyclist can be lu lu....but more often then crazy stunts....I want each of you to notice the next time you see a motorcycle coming......make special notice.....see how many cars don't notice its existance.....what does that say? The people in the cars and trucks and vans...don't pay attention. I don't like motorcycles..I watched someone on one at the age of 5 skid and lose his head on the back of a stationwagon bumper after being cut off by the station wagon. BUT, believe me, pay attention to the cars around them. It is not so often you see a motor cyclist doing stupid stunts....its the busy passenger car drivers and vans.
