on 6/19/09 i went into this store for the very first and last time. I found a pair of shoes that i liked but was unsure was the last pair. the return policy sign said returns within 2 weeks. to day is 6/30/09. i went to return the shoe and the lady at the counter was very rude and called me a liar. she said that i was old that my purchase was a final sale, which I was not. she then said again yeas i was told who was the sales person? i told her that i was a man i didn't know his name. then she says to me again i was told because her sales people are instructed to tell the customer responds was just because they were told to do it doesn't mean that is is always done. she had a final sale stamp right on the count. i then said to the rude sales lady if your sale people do everything they are told to do every time, then why doesn't my reciept have that final sale stamp on it. I WILL NEVER SHOP IT THAT STORE AGAIN!!!!!

I went to the shoe store and the lady was very nice. She seen I was in pain with Sciatia. I asked her if I bought a pair of shoes if I can get a refund and she said yes. The reason was because of my gown. I met the Owner and she was also a joy. I always shop there and never had a problem. Some people have a problem no matter where you go......anywat it is your loss....cause the shoes are great as well as the prices.

i was in store last night and was unsure which pair of shoes would match better with the dress i was to wear the next night, the sales girl said she would hold both pair of shoes, suggested i come back in the morning with dress for a perfect match. I went back first thing at 10 am, store closed no one in sight, went back at 11 am no one in sight, 12 noon same thing. i now have to leave for new jersey for the affair i have with no shoes. i am completely stressed and only hope there is someplace along the way i can get shoes. Will not be recommending jodi's shoes in the future.

I was always treated very nicely by a woman named Sue, that worked there for years. I have not seen her in a while, as she wasn't there on my last few trips. Jodi has an extensive selction of very well priced, quality shoes. As far as the return policy, I do remember it not having the flexibility of a store like Macys. I guess that is the price you pay in a small store such as this, however I think it is worth it.
