Proposal: SUNY tuition hike of 28% over next five years
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has introduced legislation to allow the State University of New York to adopt 5 percent annual tuition increases in each of the next five years, and the four university centers could add another 3 percent a year to expand and promote economic development.
