Driving with a suspended license....

lawbreakers will be lawbreakers. Small wonder a junkie was driving Main St. in Smithtown. She should never had been allowed access to the SUV. Pansy-assed Mr. Lambert let daddy's baybay have her way - he is as much to blame, for her having access to a 2+ ton vehicle.

That same kind of lawlessness killed my cousin in Houston April 2008... illegal alien.... was loaned a car..... had no license, no insurance.... ran a red light, killing my cousin.

Now Harris county, TX has a new ADA, and he just dropped all charges. Lawbreakers 2, innocent victims 0.

Some days it just isn't worth chewing through the leather straps. But we must, and we do, and we go to church and pray for Courtney and her family.

I bet a dollar to that half-eaten donut that she eventually walks.

"Jewells" has it right:
"...she should not have been allowed to drive... "
She wasn't, and that is the point. She was driving with a suspended license. Making a secretary's salary, I don't picture her being the owner of the Avalanche. That vehicle's owner loaned his/her car keys to the wrong person.
I truly feel your pain Jewells. Blessings to the Sipes, their family, and extended family. Courtney, may you rest in peace.
