L.I. Expressway service road West, to Red Ground Road, left onto Red Ground, to Glen Cove Road, rightish onto Glen Cove Road. Left at light before 25A...to the stop sign, make a left, at the next stop sign make a right, make a left onto 25A...next light make the right....into the Museum.

Long Island, New York...Nassau County Museum of Art...is having their own Pumkin Event, very much like the Van Courtland Manor event. Why go all the way up there, when you can have Pumpkin Fun right here at home......Starting October 25, 2007.

It was an excellent show! A really cool, fun, family event with lots and lots of pumpkins and lots and lots of lights! Great for children of all ages and with the full moon last night ~ it was spectacular!

It was fun carving the pumpkins and then find each and every one throughout the display. Enjoyed working side-by-side with a very nice group of people.

Cool to see my spider web pumpkin in your display of pictures, too.(...and the half moon.) Thanks! There were some very talented artists there and it was a fun time had by all.)

P.S. I was very impressed with the lighting and set up as well as the sound effects throughout.

Highly recommend!

Hi, Matt!

I was wondering who did the first spider web with the spider inside the web. Very cool!

I liked it so much that I tried to do one of my own and that is the one you see pictured on the left with the spider at the bottom (page B8). Thank you for the inspiration.

Anyone know where else I can get tickets for the event? Sunday is sold out for the earlier shows. Have 3 small kids and 9:00 is TOO late.

CONGRATULATIONS, though....I am more than willing to organize or help put on more of the kind of events that would draw a crowd.......
