HA HA HA HA AH HA Here he is again. I think he's been working out. At the dinner table. The idea, when lossing weight, is to eat less calories then you burn off. This way there is a deficit of calories and you will burn fat and lose weight. Your doing the opposite.

Help yourself and the residents out. They might need you one day.
